Wow, continued excellent client service from Grant and his team at LiteSource. Grant assisted me with my queries and which product would fit my requirements best. I ordered the Powerlogic Powerdock MK465 and it is such a sturdy product. Even our granite & marble supplier also commented on the excellent quality product. Unfortunately, our existing layout of counterspace vs drawers/cupboards resulted in the return of the powerdock. The return was such an easy process and clearly explained in the FAQ. I contact the sales support and refund was processed on LiteSource's receipt and inspection of the returned product. This was all within 2 working days (sent on Friday, and refunded on Monday, taking into consideration I am located in the Free State). I can gladly recommend LiteSource, their sales team and products.
